Also there are only zeroes and no Os in the log in details. It simply doesn't work.

Ensure that you are going via the government gateway by logging in,  then check what you are putting into the password box, trying different combinations of any obvious typos between say 1 , l , I  etc , it happens a lot on here

Name the actual parking company,  it's obviously a claim via DCB Legal

No forms need sending back,  only a defence pdf to claim responses before the 33 day deadline from the issue date,  meaning before the end of the month would be good

    Stop.

You are NOT completing any forms.

    Tell us the Claimant.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

It says 14 days to respond so I would run out of time on Tuesday.

Because it's easier,  cheaper and quicker to do things the way we are telling you,  less likely to be lost and less likely to fail leading to a default CCJ, which you definitely don't want

Since the pandemic started 5 years ago,  online and email are better,  so AOS online on Mcol, then your defence pdf document by email to a dedicated email address for logging on their system,  less worries,  done all the time these days,  every working day

Thank you for explaining, however i cannot log in. There are very clear characters but even using the alternatives suggested, the login does not work.
I can't access the moneyclaim website.
So I don't think I have a choice at this point. I have RM collecting my documents this morning my special delivery and I have emailed caseprogression.cnbc@justice.gov.uk asking for advice and telling them what I have done so far.
No idea if this will help at all but I'm at a bit of a loss..called them yesterday and was 34 in a queue.

I would not be paying for special delivery etc

You can scan the AOS form, or download it and fill it in and email it to the AOS email address shown in the defence template thread in the picture,  its the first email address in blue

Please edit the thread title to something more suitable like

Bay Sentry,  DCB Legal court claim 2025
