Name the actual parking company, it's obviously a claim via DCB Legal
No forms need sending back, only a defence pdf to claim responses before the 33 day deadline from the issue date, meaning before the end of the month would be good1 -

Tell us the Claimant.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Since the pandemic started 5 years ago, online and email are better, so AOS online on Mcol, then your defence pdf document by email to a dedicated email address for logging on their system, less worries, done all the time these days, every working day2 -

I can't access the moneyclaim website.
So I don't think I have a choice at this point. I have RM collecting my documents this morning my special delivery and I have emailed caseprogression.cnbc@justice.gov.uk asking for advice and telling them what I have done so far.
No idea if this will help at all but I'm at a bit of a loss..called them yesterday and was 34 in a queue.0 -
I would not be paying for special delivery etc
You can scan the AOS form, or download it and fill it in and email it to the AOS email address shown in the defence template thread in the picture, its the first email address in blue
Please edit the thread title to something more suitable like
Bay Sentry, DCB Legal court claim 20250
