Yes you have to do some of it manually (like the address). Normal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Nope. Tried it manually and different browsers. As soon as get to the reg plate box on the form and enter the reg. number and "find vehicle" just hangs. Can anyone else try?0 -
I never used 'find vehicle'; I think I just put the VRM in. Pretty sure 'find vehicle' never worked but it doesn't prevent you continuing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just tried typing in the reg. plate and clicking "Next" - it doesnt proceed so cannot proceed. All other fields are filled in.Can someone try it?0

Try a different computer. Or phone POPLA.

Are you inputting ( I'm sure you are) the correct VRM? Could the VRM on the PCN be using 0 as O or I as12

If I click Next - nothing (after manually entering VRM without clicking Find)If I select "find my vehicle" based on the vrm I entered its just a spinning graphic. Another computer has been tried and multiple browsers.Please help0
