Great thanks I have now added that, do I need to add anything else to the template?is it submission via MCOL? Read something to say yes but something else discussed emailing0

Since last Friday, you should follow the newly edited advice in the defence template thread by coupon mad, including using MCOL to try to prevent default CCJs, not emailing2

That was a typo it should have said ‘else’ not rude. Thank you for your help with this it’s much appreciated1

You can edit your own posts if you wish to, might as well1

I am trying to submit the defence using MCOL and it is saying I cannot use sideways ^^ but I cannot see any, anybody aware of what symbol it might be? I’m using an edited draft0

The template defence was edited the other day, so have you copied and pasted it today ? Do so if you haven't done so recently
Check for any double quotes " and arrows such as < > ^ etc, removing them and using alternatives2 -
Yes coped it a couple of days ago and edited to suit so I’ll do it again thanks 🙏🏻1

Very good.Harpermrs said:Submitted successfully using the template with my edits.thanks 👍It's very important that people like you also do the current Public Consultation if you want to push for change, as we do.
Tell the Government that:
a) you have no faith in POPLA or the IAS and that there must be the SINGLE APPEALS SERVICE that the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019 *almost* promised. That will give a real option to resolve disputed cases out of court.
b). THAT THE ENRICHMENT OF 'DEBT RECOVERY FEES' MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED. DISPUTED CASES ARE NOT SOLVED BY DEMANDING MORE MONEY AND ENGINEERING A 'PAYMENT PLAN'.
c). Tell them about your experiences. Your case. Your court claim.
Responses are invited to the Consultation now:

Do it this month or in August at the latest pleeease! We will discuss it on that thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
