Kent Reliance sort code and account number for ISA transfer

I’d like to transfer my Kent Reliance easy access cash ISA to a new provider. The new provider is asking for sort code, account number, and roll (or reference) number. I’ve looked everywhere under my account on Kent Reliance website and can’t find any of these details anywhere! Yes that’s true, thanks for the heads up. I’m sure they are genuine but you can never be too careful these days! I’m more interested to know where the sort codes and account details can be found online so I can verify the details myself - they don’t like to make it easy for us!

I would prefer to speak to someone at KR but haven’t had any luck getting through to anyone on the phone yet. Was on hold for about an hour earlier then the call dropped. May try again tomorrow if I can bear to face it all again!

I transferred out of KR by just giving the KR number in the reference field. Could leave sort code and account number blank but if your provider wants them, just fill it with zeros

Thanks! Did you do your transfer out recently? I did wonder if you could just complete the reference field with that KR number and leave sort code and account number blank as I’ve done that before with another transfer.
