I’d like to transfer my Kent Reliance easy access cash ISA to a new provider. The new provider is asking for sort code, account number, and roll (or reference) number. I’ve looked everywhere under my account on Kent Reliance website and can’t find any of these details anywhere! I can only find a 13-digit account number which is a mix of letters and numbers but it’s too long to fill in the account number field of the ISA transfer form. I’m currently trying to call Kent Reliance but the call wait times are very long so thought it may be quicker to ask on here in case someone has been through this same process recently. TIA!
Ring them up & get them to confirm them...
As these details will not go through COP system.

No offence to anyone, but any details posted could be anyones.🤷‍♀️
Yes that’s true, thanks for the heads up. I’m sure they are genuine but you can never be too careful these days! I’m more interested to know where the sort codes and account details can be found online so I can verify the details myself - they don’t like to make it easy for us!

I would prefer to speak to someone at KR but haven’t had any luck getting through to anyone on the phone yet. Was on hold for about an hour earlier then the call dropped. May try again tomorrow if I can bear to face it all again!
Not quite sure why I'm still bothering but:

I transferred out of KR by just giving the KR number in the reference field. Could leave sort code and account number blank but if your provider wants them, just fill it with zeros
Thanks! Did you do your transfer out recently? I did wonder if you could just complete the reference field with that KR number and leave sort code and account number blank as I’ve done that before with another transfer.

    Yes, within the last fortnight
