Kent Reliance sort code and account number for ISA transfer

I’d like to transfer my Kent Reliance easy access cash ISA to a new provider. The new provider is asking for sort code, account number, and roll (or reference) number. I’ve looked everywhere under my account on Kent Reliance website and can’t find any of these details anywhere! I can only find a 13-digit account number which is a mix of letters and numbers but it’s too long to fill in the account number field of the ISA transfer form. I’m currently trying to call Kent Reliance but the call wait times are very long so thought it may be quicker to ask on here in case someone has been through this same process recently. TIA!

Kent Reliance is 622497 01234567 where 1234567 are the seven digits bookended by the two pairs of three letters.1
-
And the full 13 character string can be used in the reference field.1

I transferred out of KR by just giving the KR number in the reference field. Could leave sort code and account number blank but if your provider wants them, just fill it with zeros1

Sort code 62-24-97
To get the account number you use for example ABC1234567KRB and add 0 at start of figures=01234567
Roll number if asked is your account number ie ABCxxx1 -

But is exactly what you just posted as the sort code and account number!35har1old said:

Ring them up & get them to confirm them...esselle_aitch said:I’d like to transfer my Kent Reliance easy access cash ISA to a new provider. As these details will not go through COP system.
No offence to anyone, but any details posted could be anyones.🤷♀️Life in the slow lane1 -
They could be anyone's but the details posted by two different people are identical and are actually formatting guides for the OP to use his own details with.born_again said:

Thanks! Did you do your transfer out recently? I did wonder if you could just complete the reference field with that KR number and leave sort code and account number blank as I’ve done that before with another transfer.friolento said:I transferred out of KR by just giving the KR number in the reference field. Yes that’s true, thanks for the heads up. I’m sure they are genuine but you can never be too careful these days! I’m more interested to know where the sort codes and account details can be found online so I can verify the details myself - they don’t like to make it easy for us!born_again said:

I would prefer to speak to someone at KR but haven’t had any luck getting through to anyone on the phone yet. Was on hold for about an hour earlier then the call dropped. May try again tomorrow if I can bear to face it all again!0
