Can you please clear up who the correspondence is actually addressed to and what capacity (i.e. has a Notice to Keeper been issued   -  to whom):-

"(actually isnt me at all.. its all on behalf of my son who is dyslexic and wouldnt have understood signs.. even he said ..after going back.. he thought  those times were when he could park. he was getting painkillers for his disabled brother. who does have a blue badge. )"
what is the deal if i have "agreed he was the driver"? i cant recall what i actually put on the appeal. i think i said i went to asda, but didnt state i was the driver. his girlfriend works with him.. she could have been driving.

please excuse the confusion. i have had two INVOICES land on the mat this week!! one for me on e for son.

The keeper appeals not saying who was driving, because - as I said - Horizon are still cancelling when people appeal using the words I already said will win.

Those words were in my last reply and were not "I'm not paying."

<snip>....also added the picture of the sign
Another awful Horizon sign (not seen that style before, personally). I could read that as "no parking outside store opening hours"...and then they list the _open_ times.. Of course they mean to list closed hours - Except they don't even properly do that, as the info on that sign conflicts with even the smaller print in the Asda "24hr" sign posted earlier in the thread.

And that term (ONLY that term) is in lime green on a white background. Unreadable in darkness. Almost as good as faded wording.

What a jolly wheeze. Almost like they don't want anyone to see it at night...
