31 minutes onsite to notice that it was closed and then leave promptly  ?  Hard to believe

Check the NTK PCN letter against the Horizon ones in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum to check for Pofa2012 compliance,  or not , especially because you redacted the date

Study the first post in that thread carefully

It wont be an Asda car park either,  looks like a multiple retail estate to me, so a complaint to the retail park management company would be a good idea,  especially due to the Asda signage being misleading

Parking Eye are typically in bed with Asda,  not Horizon  !

The B&M signs tell me that its a retail park,  hence plan A to the landlord or managing agents

Just out of interest is there an actual grace period for this sort of thing, ie you turn into a retail park in the dark, by mistake (sat nav misdirection) and exit immediately??

I've found so many "tricky" situations over the years.  Down south a lot of the supermarkets in an area we visit have screens up as you exit the shop, to enter the reg and confirm your car with till receipt.  The first (a lidl) had absolutely no signage visible at all and was totally unaware until faced with the screens.  Luckily it was me in the shop as OH would either have not noticed or assumed it was nothing to do with him.

I found it in a 2nd shop and not having got the item I wanted, and not wanting to buy anything else,  I had to get a member of staff to enter a no receipt overide code.

Most have no signage about the parking system until after you've entered the car park.  I wonder if someone needs to start a forum thread where members add the shop name, location and parking system/ restrictions. It would be handy to be able to look up before shopping in a strange area.
