do 2 splash cards to diffrent name & address !, one for me one for my niece, best off all before splash went with mastercard/maestro they only did paypoint/payzone and our old accounts are obsolete that we paid £5 each for SPLASH are refunding the £10 for both cards :)

    BT sim card 0.00
    quidco 20.00
    splashrefund 10.00

    total 30.00 up :D

ok that would work if BT gave me my £1, says it expired on 2 Jan - I activated it today ! no £1 for online account either

beware if you call to register on the 08001690850 number you will end up in a vicious circle, on all options choose " something/everything else " to talk to a human ! takes a minute or two to get through the options but " 1 for registration " does not work - you end up typing the mobile number in again to find yourself at " 1 for registration " and so on & on and on and on....BT twits

Ok, after registering online BT says still have £10. Anyway, I've done splash through quidco sending the sms. Everything fine, got a confirmation email. Now BT says I have £6.88 remaining, weird.

Tried to do splash again, send the sms and... nothing. No evoucher for splash. Send another sms and again, no response. Credit is no ~£6.45

Does that mean that you can't use the same sim to register two splash cards?

How did you manage to get two splash cards? Did you use the same sim?

    Thanks again.

Okay, if you register the card with BT and the jamster/splash service is a subscription service, do you not accumulate a debt with BT who may chase you for it later?

    ok 6.88 you got your £10 top up £1 basic & £1 online registration, 12p to 60999 SPLASH and £5 splash fee = 6.88 - 12 =6.76 - 12 = 6.64 - 12 = 6.52

    so 6.45 ?? DUNNO LOL

Correct! (thanks for doing the maths).
However, after sending the last two sms to splash I'm getting no response back, so I cannot register for the second card. Has anyone seen this? Should I keep trying? (12p per try)

AFAIK splash seems to be the best value for (free) money, returning £10 for a £5.12 "investment" :D

Can anyone think of a better deal?
