No. They are only AOS members of one or the other trade body but that's not the point.
You are going back to the Patient Relations Team and telling them their reply is wholly unacceptable to a consumer. They seem to have just relied on Google AI suggestions because suggesting that an appeal can be made to POPLA is plain wrong advice. POPLA isn't an option because PCN (NW) Ltd aren't even in the BPA, they can't offer POPLA and they have not even replied to your appeal. Their actions as the hospital's agent are indefensible and you want to escalate the complaint to a manager who will neither just Google it, nor ask the rogue agents what they think. This is about PALS doing its job properly, supporting patients and visitors and insisting that unfair PCNs are cancelled to remedy the detriment and distress caused.PRIVATE 'PCN'? I have gone back to the complaints team as per above and they are referring to a manager.
I havent heard anything further as of yet from DCB.
Hopefully it will get cancelled2 -

I have heard nothing since I escalated the complaint from either NHS or the solicitors. I assume there is an indefinite period for them to send a letter re court action.0
