I am going to raise more complaints. The construction company have advised they are employed to manage the facilities but have no influence of the PCN and are sorry they cannot help as they are in no way responsible for management of PCN (Nw)

Ideally,  you want to complain to the entity that employed that dubious parking company,  especially if it wasn't the construction company,  who dont appear to be the landowner,  but a sub contractor

The link I gave mentions a PALS contact plus comes under the NHS banner

I have spoken with NHS property services who are responsible for this after trying to get details for PALs from the health centre.

Unbelievably the receptionist had taken it upon herself to contact PCN (nw) and discuss my case with them and they discussed it with her! She then started trying to explain to me about why they had issued the notice.

Luckily I have now spoken the Property services and forwarded over the correspondence, emails, letters of authority etc that I had provided. Surely this breaches data protection and makes a mockery of their request for an LOA!

I have complained but the NHS have come back saying they cant help me as PCN (nw) Ltd told them that an appeal wasn't raised within 28 days (it was, but I don't have a tracking number for the letter) and that the details of the driver werent provided. Is it required that an appeal needs the drivers identity to be provided to be heard?

They suggested I appeal to POPLA. Is this worth pursuing?

Any help would be appreciated. I have not heard anything since the notice letter.

    No. Absolutely not!

Well you can't because PCN (NW) Ltd aren't even in the BPA, they never (can't) offer POPLA and they have not even replied to your appeal.

You need to reply telling them - the Patient Relations Team - the above facts and INSIST that they to stop listening to the crap their agents are feeding them and damn well cancel the PCN for you as it is causing immense distress.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, if they are an IPC member does that matter? Or should they be BPA as well?
