POPLA HIGH SIGN AND SUN BLINDING ON ENTRANCE

their pictures of a sign are dated sept 11 2024
entered carpark april 2025. 
the sign was hidden behind a 8ft tall bush 
one sign they state is situated approx 8 bays across is NOT there.

Who sent that to whom?  If you submitted it, you seem to have shot yourself in the foot by admitting to being there when the site was closed and using it for driving/parking practice.  You needed to rely on the missing/obscure signage aspect .  Suggest you repost that wall of text from POPLA with some paragraph breaks so regulars will be able to read it.

What are their pictures showing? Show us.

By the way, download and KEEP the evidence pack in case you lose because you can't easily get access to it later on, if you lose and end up defending a claim. Their evidence pack is useful later, as you'd get no surprises.

I am a little confused why you are asking me about landlord authority. 
their pictures show a sign dated sept 11 2024. 
and their carpark layout map shows the signs that AREN'T there today. or were hidden behind a 7/8ft bush.

i dont mind shooting myself in the foot if i KNEW i was guilty of breaking a contract. but as NO signs were visible i had no idea I couldnt use an empty carpark once the store was closed.

If you used that point, then they had to provide a copy of the authority.

If you didn't, then forget that matter.

Are you saying they only provided ONE photo of a single sign from 2024 in daylight? Show us their signage pics please.

is land onwer not mentioned in the letter they sent me?
yes they sent one photo of 2024 sept. and a carpark layout plan of the signs around the carpark.
one is not there. on the side I used too.
the other was NOT visible as a 7./8ft bush was covering it. i attached the photo of my view on previous post. 
i dont know how to show the picture they provided because its all on one pdf file.

Authority We can confirm that the above site is on private land, is not council owned and that we have written authority to operate and issue Parking Charge Notices at this site from the landowner (or landowner’s agent). But did you use the POPLA point challenging 'no landowner authority' in your appeal? The one already written in the 3rd post of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST?

If not, then this won't matter as they only have to respond to matters you raised.
