so approached land owner "shop" home bargains. they wont do anything. 
how do i find out who land owner is>?
i am not paying as the signs are impossible to see. happy to take it all the way to court if needed. shall i sit and wait? ive appealed on grounds of no signs. and sent pics in.

That's good photo evidence. No signs!

If you've only tried first stage appeal, certainly use that photo evidence for POPLA stage.

yes. initially couldnt remember which way we drove onto it., but asked the driver.

literally on car park. turned right 2nd bay. forward.
then reveresed out and repeated it. 

then tried rev left. during that one the staff member drove past, and advised of no parking allowed. 

so we left.
