POPLA rejection

Hi Newbie here so please be gentle, short background of PCN parked in Poole Quayside carpark(Brittana carparks) over Christmas.I Paid £5 something to park which I thought was for 4 hrs, but it turned out it was only for 3hrs. I got sent a letter stating id overstayed my parking by 27 minutes. £100 or £60 if you paid within the timescale.
I appealed this and then went on to the POPLA appeal process. That as been rejection too, I didn't know about this forum until now, hence why I'm only just seeking help.
Any suggestions

Thanks  Chirpy but how do I navigate to the newbies selection ?
I know you've been kindly provided with a link but you'll learn so much more from this forum if you know how to navigate to page one and read the sticky threads and daily posts.

It's literally ONE click (from any page) to hop to page one then one more click on a thread to read it.

See my signature. It's under all my posts for a reason: to help new posters find what they need to read.

Practise hoping around between threads. Come back and browse when you get a spare moment.

    Don't just read one.

Read some with court claims so you know what that looks like and how simple defending a claim is (ten times easier than POPLA, and we win).

Please NO posts about £170 threatograms!

You are leaving all your personal info in your posts  -  have you not seen the following yellow box at the top of the forum?:-
