I have received my county court claim, I have chose to defend the claim as I’m willing to go to court. Balance is now up to £255 for a 20 minute over stay.
i have received a letter today from BW legal stating there client intends to proceed with the claim.
They have also offered me a monthly payment plan if I wished to pay them. Which I don’t intend too, so any suggestions for when I go to court?
my main defense will be the nature of there rip off charges for a 20 minute overstay.
Plus I’d offered to pay them the monies lost by me over staying 20 minutes.

You're asking for suggestions for when you go to court does that mean you've done the AOS and submitted a defence?

What did you actually state in your defence?  The fact that you think the charges are a rip-off is not a defence.  Have you received a N180 - DQ form in YOUR name?

I have received this from the HM courts, I have received the N9 a/b also. But I followed the online part to put my defence in online.

My defence is based on the original defence.
1- I do believe that iid inputted the correct amount of time in the first place.
2- that in all my appeals I have offered to pay the monies they have actually lost out on( which is an extra hours parking).
3- the consent bombarding with letters from BW legal demanding money and upping the price.
4- the justification of the charge for a 20 minute over stay.
