DCB Legal Court hearing over telephone

Hi,
I have several fines dating back to 2020 when I used a car park that I believe I paid for time but went over. I actually arrived at the car in time but sat in it to rest and quickly eat. I was pregnant at the time and had a long journey ahead (3hrs) and wasn’t feeling too good. I’ve moved 3 or 4 times over the years and ignored the letters that came through. In all honesty I only remember one instance of what actually happened: the rest I couldn’t even say what happened and I don’t know how to see what evidence there is to give a full defence.

I sent the template given on here stating what I’ve put above. I also had a one year old as well as being pregnant. If he was with me then there was a high chance I was feeding him. Other than that I couldn’t say much else. It was also covid so I wasn’t going to out to public places etc.
ANYWAY I have no idea what I’m doing from this point onwards. I was under the impression that I’d have to attend the hearing in person and that DCB Legal representing parking eye wouldn’t even attend however I’ve received a letter today saying it’s over the telephone and it’s completely thrown me! I have no concrete evidence. I am very much worrying about it. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you have a mediation service appointment which are telephone based, a 5 to 15 minutes phone call
Its not a hearing, just mediation0 -
Sounds like you've only had a usual bog standard 'hearing order' same as everyone gets.
Show us the claim form.
How many PCNs and what total?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Guys can someone pls help me with this? I can’t find the claim form? The letter I’ve posted clearly shows I have a telephone hearing as a court summons and it’s not in person? I have another week to serve written evidence. I’m going out of my mind and don’t know what to do. I appreciate you are all busy helping people but running out of time. PLEASE can someone give me some advice. This is a complete curveball which I wasn’t expecting. I have several of these and very little income. I’m literally loosing sleep over this. Sorry to moan. Thank you0

I need to get a defence up together. No you don't. You are at WS & evidence stage, as per the NEWBIES thread about that stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As above, your task is to put together your Witness Statement plus Exhibits bundle and email it to St Helens civil court, plus CC the lawyers, so one email with the bundle attached as a pdf, going to 2 destinations, the court and to the lawyers involved too
You dont need to find the claim form, you definitely are NOT drafting your defence, because that was submitted to the CNBC in Northampton months ago
Your deadline is 28th may, so slightly less than 2 weeks2 -
Have you kept a copy of the defence you submitted? This is what the witness statement must back up and defend, with evidence. Also I notice that it is another hearing allocated to St. Helens; did you request that on your DQ (N180)? As it is a telephone hearing and you don't need to attend, it should not be a major problem (or any sort of problem)!1

This poster just got their case transferred by St Helens court, to the court that should have been allocated:
