Finally! NSD #3 for me yesterday after another very spendy few days. Today likely to see more spends as will be ordering a garden room (aka shed 😆), but at least this is planned for. Not today - run out of a lot of stuff today and used the ‘spend day’ to also get some practical stuff like scissor sharpeners and a new peg bag.
KKAs at 17.04.26:
- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £216,847
- OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
