You read the what happens next section in post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
Log all the 3 deadlines on the court order , making a note of them
Study page 2 of the court order that tells you what to do , and in the correct order

Yep the letter states the deadlines so you don't need advice about that.
And the NEWBIES thread post 2 already tells you about this WS & exhibits stage.
VCS cases do go to hearings.
