Don't accuse them of lying, I They may be mistaken , in error , but may not be deliberately lying, regardless of what you may believe, stick to fighting the claim itself
Login to your government gateway account and navigate to MCOL and complete the AOS online first, as explained in the newbies sticky thread post 2
Is it VCS of Sheffield using DCB LEGAL, top left of the claim form ?1 -
With an issue date of 30/10/25 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 04/11/25 and before 18/11/25 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 02/12/252

Thankyou, much appreciated!
Yes it is VCS Sheffield, DCB Legal LTD1 -
Hi, im just getting my defence ready and wanted to get your approval before i sent it please
2...
The Defendant has little recollection of events, save as set out below and to admit that they were the registered keeper and driver.
(Is all the above meant to be left as it is and correct place to add "and driver" if admitting it)?
3...
The first ticket was taken to be disputed and then returned to find the 2nd ticket. This had the day before stated on the date. When the letters were received it also had different positions for the car, meaning the pictures were taken on different days. The Matta data would prove this if they have it.
If im correct all the rest of the letter is kept as it is.
Thanks in advance0 -
Sorry I forgot to add at the end of point 3. This matter was appealed but refused0

We haven't seen the complete N1SDT; does it refer to TWO PCNs? Are there in fact two? Have you checked the reference numbers?
I've just seen that it is for two PCNs. I think you need to rethink your paragraph #3 as it appears confusing. You only need to refute what it states in the POC and then can tell the story in the Witness Statement.2 -
Ok thankyou, will do
Much appreciated1 -
I didnt see any signs stating a charge or for permit holders only. An appeal was made but was refused.
Is this ok?
Also the witness statement you mentioned... does this happen in the next stage or when I submit this on the MCOL page0 -
It happens a lot later on. Months later.Joebloggs123456789 said:I didnt see any signs stating a charge or for permit holders only. An appeal was made but was refused.

Please carefully read 'IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' on post 2 of the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
