In the event of a power outage like Spain.......

From experience – I doubt it

I asked them why they didn’t warn me of a planned outage  a few years ago and was told “SORRY -  NO EXCUSE WE FAILED YOU”

My sister used a home dialysis system back in the 1980s/90s.  Loss of power for up to 48 hours (which never happened) wasn't a huge problem, but any longer than that then she would have had to dialyse in hospital.
