Letter of Claim - Moorside Legal

I've just received a Letter of Claim for Moorside Legal, from a PCN dating back to March 2023 from a Costa Coffee (which is no longer there), having two coffees and exceeding the parking time limit by a maximum of 30 minutes. I've had numerous Notices of Debt Recovery from various legal firms, which I've ignored to this point.

From reading the FAQs, I understand that this is a stage where ignoring is no longer an option.

I understand that sending a letter isn't advised, but I've tried looking for an email address on Moorside Legal's website and cannot seem to find one.

Could somebody kindly point me in the right direction as to the next step please?
