Please stop reading the wrong thing. You are NOT appealing a PCN.

You are acknowledging then defending a bog standard claim form, as hundreds of new posters cheerfully manage to do every month (and they are just ordinary frightened people, not lawyers).

We already said exactly what to do, where to find the AOS pictures and what the link looks like.

You are only doing the simple acknowledgement first. Easy stuff.

    Then defence. Just as easy.
There’s no need to be rude is there I’m obviously struggling and was just looking for help

We are helping you. There is no rush. You have a couple of weeks to do the AOS then 2 more weeks to defend.

I am - admittedly - having to be very direct with you because I wanted to slow you down from further errors.

There's good reason: in a panic you already posted all your claim data that you were told not to post (now removed by the Forum Team as we reported your images) and you just read the wrong part of the NEWBIES thread about appealing a PCN (which is not your stage).

Review this again over the weekend and do the AOS next week once you've calmly read the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

It is easy. It is bog standard stuff that everyone manages every day here.

That's not me being rude, it is telling you that you do not pay this and you can do it!
Okay im still struggling find the bit I’m supposed be reading maybe your right and I need look another day Brain overload today, thanks and hopefully I don’t end up having pay yeh

Yes, there is a bit to learn about the process. Read the below and then find the small claim guide here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyou#latest

    In a nutshell:
    - log in to Money Claim online in order
to file an Acknowledgement of Service, which extends your time to defend (a rather daft step - who wants less time to defend?)

    - create your defence using the template. 95% of it is done for you. Save your final text as a PDF.

    - email it to the court in Northampton.

    - wait for the Directions Questionnaire in the post where you nominate your nearest court, amongst other things. DCB Legal usually send you a copy too, as an intimation tactic. Then email it to Northampton again (different email address mind you) and the clowns at DCB Legal.

    - wait for a mediation letter to arrive.

    - have telephone mediation appointment (30 second conversation - "My offer
    is zero pounds. Goodbye."

    - wait for letter from judge from local court telling you when your court date is and the date to email them your Witness Statement ie. what happened on the day, your photos etc.

    - wait for DCB Legal to discontinue (99% chance). Might happen before you've emailed your Witness Statement to both your local court and the DCB fools. Might be 3 days before the court date as a game of chicken.

It's all just paperwork and following steps. That's why DCB Legal use the court system as a debt collection tool. People get spooked. At least all the stuff you send is on the email nowadays
Thanks mate appreciate that,it’s a bit much for me to take in I’ll try get a friend look over this for me at some point,if I was to just keep ignoring them any idea what would happen

If you ignore a Claim Form:

You will get a CCJ in May and your credit rating will be trashed for 6 years.

No credit/loans, no paying car insurance or phone contracts monthly, no new tenancy/mortgage prospects (or at a higher interest rate).

See why I was being so direct with you, to stop you from rushing and further errors?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

All of this is explained step by step in the Template Defence thread first post.

You do the defence before your deadline. You do not wait because you won't get reminded.
