I don't feel posters have been rude to you they've tried to help and advise you how to deal with your claim. It seems to me the help you require goes beyond this eg. your computer skills. If I'm right this would be the time you turn to Google to ask for help eg. how do I copy, paste, edit a document, save as pdf, email an attachment etc.

Have a re-read of the comments on your thread and give copy/adapt the template defence another try. The previously posted comment and thread may help too:
"You create your defence in Word, using the template, with the amendments suggested. Once ready to e-mail it in, you save the word document as a PDF, save it and then e-mail it."

And if you still want to close your account you'd have to email the Forum admin team to request closure.
Yes that’s understandable and that’s what I was going to do for the pdf I just wanted make sure I’d got the right defence and what I had wrote was ok and not to much,am literally going give it one last go then I’m just going pay or take the ccj it’s been causing me to much stress already

The above para 3 (the black image) is much better and relevant to you. I like that. It's perfectly good as your paragraph 3.

But no, you can't copy the one you linked, where the facts were at para 6. That's not the version for you.

Just use the normal template defence that we can see you have saved in the black link.

Add your electronic signature and date, and change the headings carefully at the top, to ensure your claim number, claimant and your name are correctly shown.

    Save it as a PDF.

Email it to the CNBC as coached in the Template Defence first post. Make sure you get the auto receipt but don't show that to us.

    Yep!

Can you please edit your thread title too?

You do not have a CCJ. You are defending a parking claim form.

A thread entitled 'CCJ' confuses everyone every time you ask us something.
