Yes it must be one email.

You are best using a PDF merge tool (free) to make your exhibits one document then compress it. Cannot be over 50 pages.

Attach a separate (signed & dated) costs sheet covering travel to court, parking & time off work. Plus your time on each document / reading theirs, at £24 per hour (or at your normal hourly rate). That's not an exhibit.

All exhibits must be numbered & referred to by that number within your WS (in matching order to your attached PDF). Usual way to number them all is your initials then 1, 2, 3, etc.

All pages must be numbered.

@LookAtTheBrightSide Yes all in one email in a PDF, I put the chan and akande transcripts in my exhibits, but other references to transcripts I added as ‘hyperlinks’ in my exhibits. Another tip from someone else WS on here ☺️

@emmy_lou_2! So each hyperlink also needs a title page like other exhibits? Also, can I include 3 photos as one exhibit (photographic evidence)?

I can't find the Beavis sign anywhere for comparison! Will it suffice if I just mention it and use the summary of the case as an exhibit?

No a hyperlink isn't an exhibit.

Yes you can combine 3 photos on one page and give it one exhibit number.

Don't waste pages on title pages, if you mean blank ones. No need for those. And it doesn't have to be perfect, just easy to follow.

@LookAtTheBrightSide Im afraid I did add the transcripts as hyperlinks in my index, but like @Coupon-mad said it doesn't have to be perfect as long at it makes sense.
In the hearing the judge commented that the claimant had only one photo in their exhibits and didn't really document much about it, its locality in the car park etc and because they didn't attend, they couldn’t be questioned on it, that definitely went  in our favour .

I'm so confused! Do I need to include in my index page the claimant's WS with their exhibits, my defence, claim form and all that before my own WS with exhibits? My head is about to explode

You don't need to include the claimant's witness statement nor your defence nor your claim form, the judge will have all that.
What you do need to do is start your own thread, this one is becoming very confusing.
