Hi Newbie here looking for help !
My partner had received a claim form from the CNBC for an unpaid PCN
Claimant is Horizon
Solicitors are Gladstones
The Particulars of the claim are vague, however my partner thinks its from Christmas 2023, Tesco Car Park ?? parked too early in car park ?? ( all previous notices have been missed/ignored?? )
I have attempted to read and understand the newbie advice, but could someone please advise what we should do next Thank you

No POC listed, very vague, similar to many others seen on here recently
Study some of the others this month where coupon mad mentioned contacting Jackson Yamba and C.L.2 -
Same as all the others like it. Search the forum for:
Contestor Legal strike outPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -
And a password has been left showing on the claim form.0

Thank you all !!
Just waiting for my partner to register and sign in to MCOL to check the status of the claim, before he proceeds1 -
I think it is best to wait (a bit) as I suspect they will all be discontinued then filed afresh.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
