BT do not allow customer to choose start date when renewing Broadband same speed, last year I was offered FTC Fibre 2 instead of Fibre 1, was able to delay activation of new service, not same thing, had I renewed Fibre 1 would have taken effect from midnight.Spies said:
Been renewing broadband for the last 10 years or so, which backwards providers are you choosing that don't let you specify a date?wongataa said:Spies said:You specify the date you want the service to go live, this can be the very next day that your fixed term ends, your old provider will then refund you for the extra month you invariably end up paying,
Not every provider lets you pick a start date.0
