Thanks Boodedoo - beginning to feel slightly better now. Hot honey and lemon drinks have definitely helped along with cold and flu tablets. £5.23 spent yesterday on lemons and the tablets.
Nothing spent today
Did a few surveys on 0nepoll and almost at the point of cashing out so can put that £20 towards the debt once I get there. Still no word on my PA account.
Opened a saver for Christmas 2026 which had a good rate (6.5% I think). I will try and save £50 per month in it next year.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.10.25 - £105,295.65

Today didn't go as planned as I ended up having to do night shift. And looks like I will probably have to do tomorrow night as well. Ah well a few extra pennies I suppose.
Today would have been a NSD but popped to the shop on the way in to work to get some snacks for night shift - £7.10 spent.
I won a £5 @mazon voucher through my mobile network provider so will put this towards Christmas presents and have moved £5 from that fund into roof savings.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.10.25 - £105,295.65

£20 cashed out from 0nepoll

Also chased up £7.70 that I had cashed out from another survey site as it has been over 10 days and still no sign of it in my p@ypal account. Hopefully hear back about that soon. Still waiting to hear back from PA but will do some investigating into other survey sites as always useful for extra pennies although mostly very boring.
NSD today, tea is just going to be breaded chicken and chips from the freezer and I bought enough snacks yesterday to cover NS tonight.
Payday tomorrow

Payday today

£100 paid off credit card
£300 roof savings
£100 emergency fund
£100 car fund
£100 Christmas
Paid my professional fees today so £35 spent on that.
Got an email through from the council about payment for the allotment for next year - £76.25. Have the money set aside for this already so will pay it over the next few days.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.10.25 - £105,295.65

Nothing much to report from the last few days. Meal out with friends on Thursday cost £17.50 so have £36.54 left for the month. Really need to do a food shop so will use that instead of starting into next month's budget.
Now on a few days off work which are very much needed
NSDs yesterday and today. OH treated us to a Chinese takeaway tonight

Neither of us can be bothered doing a food shop today so it will be a NSD - we have leftover takeaway for tonight's tea and there's just enough bread left for cheese on toast for lunch so have decided to delay it until tomorrow. Have added £6.54 to the roof savings and will roll the leftover £30 into December's budget which gives us a little extra for festive treats
