Added up spends for yesterday so £109.45 which included return train fares, share of taxi to and from the station, all meals and drinks, going on the ferris wheel at the market and a wee present for OH from the market.  Mostly covered from social budget and then covered the rest from petrol budget as I won't spend as much this month on that with the car being in the garage.

£22.76 spent on food shopping today.

Added the debt for the roofing repairs to my signature  need to work out how much we'll need to save each month to pay it off.  Already have almost £2000 in savings for the roof.

Right better get off to bed as back to work tomorrow.

Very annoyingly PA have put my account on hold - no idea why, only thing I can think of is something to do with the identity verification thing I did a few weeks ago.  Have appealed it so fingers crossed.  Really annoyed though as have been doing surveys with them for 8ish years now and never had any issues.

£3.60 spent today on tea bags and bread which we forgot to get yesterday.

Garage has just phoned so car will cost £620 to fix  happy with this as less than expected.  Between this and the insurance due out next week, the car fund will be wiped out but that's what it's there for.

Spends for yesterday were paying the garage and £60.07 for petrol.  Should be a NSD today, in work for a late shift today.

Discussions with OH last night about repaying the debt and have decided for the time being to stop making overpayments to the mortgage and concentrate on building savings to repay the debt at the end of 0% period.  The mortgage overpayment has been rounded up to £700 so I'll keep that going and at least it will still be a small overpayment each month.

Day off today so lazy morning and a rather cold walk round the park in the afternoon.  Popped to @ldi to get a food shop so £24.30 spent.  Still need ground coffee and squash as I'm not keen on the @ldi versions. Will probably need to go shopping for work over the weekend so can pick up then.

Have £81 left in the food budget so that should easily do us until payday although I do have a meal out planned with friends during the week and will have to fund this from food budget as have already spent the money I had budgeted for social stuff this month.  Hoping to have some money left to put towards savings.

Haven't done the budget for next month yet but will look at it over the weekend.

Unfortunately have got a really scratchy throat and not feeling all that great so off for an early night and hope I wake up feeling better tomorrow.
