I very much doubt it says vodaphone. Now/nowmobile doesn't appear on the list, but presumably it is connecting to Now for calls and texts?
Now via the EE network.
I use Samsung phones but I've used four mvno's, asda, lebara, lyca, and rwg (overbadged now). They have always appeared in the list of mobile networks instead of the host network, ie when lyca switched carrier ee disappeared and o2 appeared in the list instead. Other makes of phone must do it differently as you are able to make and receive calls....
I have had lots of issues with RWG over the last few months. I found their customer service is non-existent. If you contact them and get no response, the best thing is to complain to the Communications Ombudsman, select RWG on the drop down menu and let them know the issues you are having and the resolution you would like. They are friendly and will help resolve the issue and can even award compensation.
