Switching Away From Virgin Media (or staying)

I have a package with Virgin Media which is currently coming to an end next month.
250MB broadband, most basic TV package (with TiVo box) and landline phone (which we never use and seems to only serve to receive scam phone calls a few times a day).
Been with Virgin for years and every renewal I play the bargaining game to get the best price I can. Currently paying £59 per month but expecting that to hike up at renewal.
Looking at going elsewhere or maybe staying, if a good deal can be got.
Toob are now in our area but haven't made themselves popular by installing ancient looking poles down our road. To go with them, I'd have to have a wire strung between a pole, through 2 big trees and attached to the front of my house. Not keen on that.
Just wanted some advice on what I can do. Hints and tips etc.
Happy to get rid of landline.
NB: May consider moving from tesco mobile for our 2x mobile phones.
The TiVo box is handy, so would need to sort some sort of replacement for that.
Sorry for the open query but just hunting for ideas.
Many thanks in advance.

Sadly you can't drop the phone side. I tried. But like you only calls scams, so just disconnected phone.
Got price dropped from £140 @ renewal to £90.Life in the slow lane1 -
