However it gave the link where I was able to get an email
    ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

@Tliffo This template defence thread tells you in the first post to use the latter, not the former which has been closed for some time.

  • Hi, I really am sorry for not being able to find the information I need. I have read the newbies thread, and the 12 steps not in the bargepole post, but I'm totally lost now with 9 different thread tabs open. I can't find example text for when I answer 'no' for suitability for determination without hearing. When I search this, so many threads come up but all are directing me back to the 12 steps, but then I can't find any text for 'if No, state why not'. Please can someone advise me what I need to search to find this information. Thank you.

NO MORE questions on this info only thread, please start your own thread for bespoke advice.  Step 8 in the 12 steps points you to the NEWBIE sticky for answers on the DQ.

Please can someone help me, I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to post. I'm so overwhelmed by all of this.
I have a claim from the courts - my defence seems simple, I have been ticketed by a private company while parked on a council owned road with no double yellow lines, can someone please help me

Please read the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES, especially the second post that includes a guide to court written by bargepole, plus this template defence thread that is for information only, then start your own thread where you will get bespoke help.
On you own thread, please tell us more details of the claim including the name of the parking company, the issue date of the claim form, whether you have completed the AoS and if so upon what date.
Please post the particulars of claim, but redact all personal data.

Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP.
