    1. Send your signed & dated pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk but due to the CCBC's dysfunctional systems, only do this during working hours (a weekday) and you MUST get an acknowledgement straight back or it is NOT submitted.
I just wanted to let people know that I emailed this email address with my N180 form twice, once in January and once a couple of weeks ago (both receiving an acknowledgement), only to later receive emails saying that my email had been deleted without being read!! Thankfully, a couple of days ago when I received the second email from the Court saying this, I also received on the same day a notice from Parking Eye to say they were cancelling the claim (hooray), but if they hadn't done that I am not sure whether my N180 would have been rejected for being out of time.

I assume so, I have used the above email to file my defence. I have received an acknowledgement from them.

No response suggests your defence is not in.

So the automated response was received when I used the original email address, directing me to use the new email addresses. I received automated email again to confirm the receipt when I used the new email. I hope this answers your question.

If may be worth mentioning somewhere in the defense advise post regarding the PDF attachment that "Documents over 10MB or 25 printed pages in size." run a risk of being rejected.

I mention that as scan of letters converted to a PDF can easily be over 10MB...
  • Is there a full defence document that shows where the parts need to be amended, or evidence added? I need to make a start on the document tomorrow. Thanks in advance.
