"Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP"
How do you find the landowner when all you have is the PPC and retailers who say they don't know who the landowner is.
A privately managed car park for KFC and Dunkin where I received a PCN when you approach both managers at either retailer say they can't help as they don't have the name of the landowner.
The signage just states the private parking company not the landowner.
Are there other ways of finding who owns the land please?

No other signs on site in relation to the site itself rather than just parking signs?
PS - please take any such questions to your own thread - this is an information thread, not one for individual assistance.Jenni x2 -
Hello and thank you for sharing all this info..it is amazing!
DCB parkingeye claim here
Is it too much of a long shot trying with a defence if someone simply parked in one of their usual work places and forgot to pay 1 day?0 -

Hello I have a DBC LEGAL LTD claim form, have done the acknowledgement of service step and I am in the process of writing my defence and have 8 days left.
This was a case that these morons installed cameras at the entrance of and estate but inside that estate there is a powerleague football facilities with their own authorized car park and that is were my car was parked.
everyone from the powerleague who drove there started getting fines which were cancelled on appeal (obviously the morons made loads of money of people that get scared and pay) I always appealed but apparently one week I missed one and here we are.
Any advice on what thread would apply best for me to write on the 3rd paragraph of my defence or how should I word it.
Ps: cant find --'if you have a DCB Legal Claim you can copy the new 'Regarding the POC...' paragraph 3 from the thread by @shahib_02 ' and is it relevant to my case.
THANKS

Hiya - Quick question,
After emailing DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk my N180 form, should I get an acknowledgement email from the CCBC?
Assume I won't get one from dcblegal0 -
Delete this question and put it on the correct one of your other two threads. This thread is INFORMATION only!4
