This may seem like a silly question. Am I to include the all of the above for my defence?0

After paragraph 3 I state this:
We recommend you continue with this wording (yes, all of it. Paragraphs suitably re-numbered to allow for the above).

Hello I hope you can help?
I have spent several days reading newbies threads and have the defense template above on word doc ready for Spring Parking ready to send to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk.
The claimant is pursuing £285.56 for PCN, 8% interest and costs and court fees.
This is because I was parked outside a Co-op in a free parking pay and display. I had obtained a ticket but had not displayed it. PCN was issued on 02/06/2021 - I had emailed Spring Parking the parking ticket I had but they rejected my appeal. I did speak to the co-op to pick up with the parking company but they do not own the car park and their message to Spring was also unsuccessful.
Please can you help me with wording on the defense - I will use the template

can any supporting evidence be added to the defense template (e.g. photos of the site, signage, videos) when filling in point 3 of Facts known to defendant? if so, how does one go on about doing that? can we cite exhibit 1, 2 etc?0

Except in very rare cases, evidence is filed in your Witness Statement - no evidence accompanies the defence.Jenni x3
