monument transfers

I transferred from Trading212 last night - no sign of completion yet.  The chat rep says it can take up to 14 days.

I got this email from Monument confirming that they allow transfers in.

mines been ticking since thurs teatime (4 working days) from vm, some on here transfered in 2 days also from vm

I have found that VM often delay large outgoing ISA transfers as they refuse to accept electronic transfer requests for them and insist on a wet signature or other security checks.

this looks like could be the reason (high value 50k)
would be nice to get a update from vm or monument as i have asked them in chat which i am now hitting a brick wall with, i thought they would be jumping over hoops for this transfer
so whats there security checks are required i have no cifas on my credit file, also my credit file is in excellect condition

I couldn’t see Trading212 in the list on the Monument App. Do they come up under a different name do you know?

Trading212 was in the list last night when I opened my account. Just helping my mum with her ISA now, and Trading212 has vanished from the list.

I wonder if either

* they are protecting their new account feature by taking out a provider that might overwhelm them

* that the fact you don't put the account number in the account number box for Trading212 meant it didn't meet their app standards and so they pulled it until fixed.

I'm not sure what you mean - the Monument ISA app is just Monument.

I think the person could not find trading212 in the list when they opt to start a transfer into monument from the monument app. Kinda like how some lists sometimes didn’t have Virgin Money on as it was just a trading name of Clydesdale Bank PLC.
