Was about to open a cash ISA with them two minutes ago but point 4 of the product summary...... "We currently don't accept transfers in from other ISA providers".

Transfer option is available on the app. I've initiated transfer this morning and received confirmation "Thank you for your request to transfer your existing Cash ISA balance from Virgin Money - Sort Codes Start with 82 to your Monument Easy Access Cash ISA.....There’s no need for you to take further action. We’ll process your request and will contact you if we need any additional information.
    • We’ll do our best to process your transfer as quickly as we can, however, the transfer process may take up to 15 working days to complete
    • We’ll notify you as soon as the transfer is finalised."

I've also recently started an ISA transfer into Monument. It will be interesting to see how quick they are.

The only disadvantage so far is that they do not support partial transfers in - only full transfers.

They do support partial ISA transfers out though.

Very odd how they advertise transfers coming soon and are telling people no but some are saying in the app they can do it

They just haven't caught up everywhere yet. The transfer-in option only appeared late last week.
