Unhelpful Lloyds ISA Transfer In Message

After apparently following all transfer in procedures, online or in the Lloyds app, I get the unhelpful message "Something went wrong, please try again later". This has happened over several says. Do I have to phone them and get embroiled in a load of voice call junk about "did you know you can do this online?" and a plethora of security questions?

You can secure message them directly in-app. At the bottom of your app screen, press ‘Search’. On the next screen, just below the search box, there will be a black box that says ‘Message Us 24/7’.Launch that, describe your issue, the bot will reply so ask for a human. Someone will read your question and usually gets back to you pretty quickly, I’ve found.1
