It's a good time to invest when the markets have dropped. Interest rates won't have much impact on that. What are you planning to invest in?
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

Presume you mean a cash ISA? and are you looking at easy access ones or fixed term ones?

My apologies if I ve not done this correctly as it’s the first question I ve asked. In response, I wondered due to the volatile economic climate that rates may rise.
I was referring to a cash isa & the money is from a recently matured bond. I don’t need access to it but I don’t want to jump in too early accepting a 4.3% fixed isa for 3 years if other providers may launch new products in the next few weeks; 4.3 looks good for a fixed in the current market but I wondered if rates could rise in the next few months if inflation may rise due to the recently imposed tarrifs.

Personally I'm expecting base rates to fall a little this year, as economies head for recession. Maybe even at the BOE meeting next month.

How that affects 3 year fixed rate ISAs is difficult to tell.

    See SnowMan's comment at : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6534798/the-new-top-easy-access-savings-discussion-area/p218

This points out that there's even a change of a 0.5% rate reduction at the May meeting
