Seems quite odd that ubl seem the only company offering that type of rate and many of the usual suspects haven't released rates as of today. The like of cynergy shawbrook oak north maybe going to keep the rates low for new business. Thoughts!0

Saw some bad reviews and the app/online banking seemed very awkward.FrugaiMacDugal said:

Then again the Trust Pilot reviews which I hadn't seen were good,. But I might have stuck with them if they'd answered the phone quickly and said "sorry, had lots of people interested in this rate" and been reassuring.

On a Sunday should be no great surprise.Cheltenhamshire said:So paid into this yesterday, first day of the new tax year. And have never seen anything like it.
For various reasons, got cold feet. So decided to call them to cancel. Nobody answered the phone, no queuing system or anything, just told me after 30 minutes to leave a message.1 -

I've been trying to open an account with them for the cash isa and going to transfer my 212 to them. Received email to confirm and when it's opened I've had that same message all day and wouldn't allow me to continue. The search goes on trying to find one that's fixed and will allow transfer of 212PeskyBlunder said:They also have a pop-up on their web page now saying that they are experiencing a high volume of calls.0 -

I saw that. Didn't really explain the issues with the website, as far as I was concerned. But fits a general picture of being overwhelmed.PeskyBlunder said:They also have a pop-up on their web page now saying that they are experiencing a high volume of calls.0 -
An update FWIW. Got through on the phone today, so phones are being answered at least. First agent put me on hold and left me. Second one didn't and sounded very professional. Money ought to be back with me on Monday.0
