Ok thanks, I’ll get my son to ring and see if he can find out.
However Trustpilot reviews ( for what they’re worth) of Gladstones communication and general behaviour sounds terrible- they don’t sound like they would be amenable at all !
You don't mean he's ringing Gladstones I hope?!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Wouldn't it be better to phone the court to where you sent the N244 - High Wycombe - I believe you wrote,  unless you sent it to CNBC with a request for High Wycombe

    Thanks @Le_Kirk
It was sent to CNBC as they instructed, there didn’t seem to be any way of requesting a specific court but my son will phone this morning and see what they say

Phoned at exactly 8.30 and they answered straight away! 😁
N244 was sent to High Wycombe on Monday 7th so we were advised to ring court direct in a few days and enquire about timeline. Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later 🤞

Yes thats the way to do it.
Don't bother ringing the court . It is now a central system. It will go for allocation now. Normally be a few weeks month before you have a hearing date.
If you do want to find out timescales then I suggest emailing the court.
    enquiries.reading.countycourt@justice.gov.uk
It will take slightly longer as admin is done out of reading for a variety of these courts
