Hi guys,

A quick note to all customers still waiting for their free Big Brain Academy game on the Wii.

We took a large stock order from Nintendo again this week and we are now sending these out to all qualifying members over the weekend. The delay has been down to Nintendo having to make a rebuild for the game so we have been waiting from the supply end.

I received an email promising delivery of my game early this week... As yet (Thurs PM) no joy!!!

Has anyone received anything this week or are they just fobbing me off?

I mailed them on Monday and was told that they had stock and were shipping them out. Some people on HUKD have been getting them this week... well at least one person has!

I tried this about 6 weeks ago, they never took any money from my account but i didnt recieve the game either, no reply to e-mails so i gave up.

Well despite the long time that this offer is taking, I have to say that this is different from my experience (apart from not getting the game that is ). They were very quick to set up the account and to suspend it at the end of the trial period and e-mails have always been answered very quickly. If it wasn't for the "generous trial period" from Lovefilm I would probably give these guys a proper go.

I guess Im in the same boat - got the "delayed but we will send out" email end of January but not a peep since.

I have emailed them so we will see if I get a response and I'll report back.
