As I said: threaten them with court action. Isn't there something about the game arriving after 30 days? If it doesn't, they haven't got a leg to stand on.

i cancelled and asked about the free game. i got this in my reply

"Your free game will be sent to you 30 days after you have received your first game rental."

Just a heads up for all those that went for this offer, I sent a polite e-mail to them the other day asking when they will be sending the free game out, I had a reply today saying they should be receiving the full stock of this game over the weekend so it should be with me "early next week"

We shall have to see, but hopefully it will appear!

I'm not that surprised...but I haven't received anythnig from them yet as per the e-mail I had from them the other week!

Has anyone else received anything? I'm assuming not?

i rang them the other week and they said theyd had major probs with the nintendo freebies.
i said id contact them again in a few weeks. i doubt il get owt but hey ho:)

At the end of last week on the HUKD thread about this offer someone had a message saying that Swapgame had their stock in and they would be sending them out over the weekend.

EDIT - Just checked the HUKD thread and someone has posted to say that they have in fact had their game delivered on Saturday morning. Keep an eye on yer post boxes.

just had this reply from customer service:

We have finally received the majority of our stock of this game so we will be sending out the free game to all qualifying members over the course of this week.

This means you should receive your free game early next week latest.

We have kept everyone informed as much as possible about this, albeit due to insufficient stock from Nintendo, we have had to wait for this to be delivered.
