FREE Wii game for everyone - LOOK

I joined 2nd Jan, received my first rental today, Sonic for the Xbox 360. Will let the kids have a go later and get it back in Monday's first post.. See how long it takes for it to be processed..

I did this and have waited 2 months for the free game. I received an email saying they are out of stock and don't know when they will be receiving any more.

Also I emptied my list of games and phoned to cancel...the payment was still taken for the first month and again for the second. I have emailed but received no reply. I have paid for a month's service now even though I cancelled in time so no games have been sent or used.

Why would a company like this give out a free game to people who they haven't made any money from. The free game is just a sweetener to get you in. The trial period is not that long and I guess they hope most people will default on the conditions they set to claim at least one months subscription from you. Then rely on you to forget to cancel or not use the facility very often and making £120 a year in the mean time, similar thing to gym membership.

so with that in mind ive cancelled cos how I see it is ive not received a game yet, its a 14 day trial so probably by the time I do receive the game my trials gonna be over and im gonna end up getting charged.....im not gonna be a sucker this time so ive got out early

Yes, we've been going through the T&Cs, but the question is has anyone actually received a free game, or does this company operate in the same way as some of the phone cashback companies - you can't get what you're promised unless you threaten to take them to court?

i emailed them about not being allocated a game and did get a proper email reponse at least- game still didnt arrive today though and I joined on 2nd............
