You say you paid top price, what did you pay , what model mileage year etc?You probably still have grounds to reject but have muddied the waters by getting work done elsewhere0

£6000 for a 2015 sportage (which on autotrader is about average price low £3k High £12K)
Although no mileage mentioned, or exactly which version.
Life in the slow lane0 -
Spending £6,000 on a car that appears to have faults is not the time to be all 'lol' and 'haha'. No one will take that seriously. Stop communicating with the dealer with jokey texts. Get the inspection done and write to him, setting out what you want.

Thanks, depending on model, mileage and history I would suggest that is a good price rather than top price, there are many 2015 sportage for 7 to 9kborn_again said:

one garage , think it’s probably just had oil
services as it’s hard to start in morning0 -
I am going to get the inspection booked tomorrow and see if they can fault find the clutch issue too get them to do a estimate and written inspection keep a copy for court photo copy and send to car sales place to ask for repair or payment for repair if they continue to ignore me
i will start with the claims process and see if courts will
help me , sorry for annoying you all im
just I am worried sick0 -
I don't follow that at all. If it's hard to start on these relatively mild mornings, that perhaps points to a battery nearing the end of its life. A recent oil change won't have any negative bearing on starting.dr78 said:photome said:

But full services change things like fuel filter, air filter,sparks/glow plugs etc so would make it start better if was having full services in its life rather than just oil and filter each time and I think it must need glow plugs. Battery fine. It is mostly on the mornings that it minus like it was not that long ago . So mild mornings it’s not a huge delay but on cold starts it’s terribleAylesbury_Duck said:
