I have my mediation appointment tomorrow, I was just having a look on here for any tips of how to handle it.

So I can just say something like that rather than going into detail about my defence etc?

You can merely say "My offer to the other side is zero and I look forward to court. Goodbye." and hang up if you wish.

Until just before the hearing fee must be paid,  so probably next year in your case 

Until they have to decide on paying out money,  they arent bothered to let it run until then

We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline (this time next week).
