It will be 30 days from the date on the letter on Saturday.  Would you recommend that I send it ahead of the weekend (and the bank holiday on Friday)?

As you are wanting to stretch this, just do it on day 30.  Given it's Easter bank holidays, will they be working? Whether they are or not you got it to them by the deadline.

I'm all set to send the email today.

I've searched on the forum for the various email addresses I should send my response to but haven't found any, I only have the info address.  Could you guys tell me of any others I should send it to?  Thanks.

Also, to confirm, I'll send the email as posted previously but minus the additional paragraphs.  Is there anything else worth sending?

A N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL is likely to arrive in the next few months 

Study the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  second post plus the first 2 posts in the defence template thread too

Meanwhile,  you are still trying to get the case past the 6 year deadline,  by any means necessary

Thanks, looks like I've got a lot to read up on.

So is delaying likely to be my best tactic?  Are there other ways that I could slow things down?

I've read a bunch of other posts on here about DCB Legal.  The impression I've gotten, if I'm understanding correctly, is that they usually drop proceedings if the person defends themselves? I'm firmly erring on the side of caution here but is that usually their MO?

I think you'll get a claim form before August but yes, they discontinue before hearings.

Hi guys, I've just gotten a claim form through the post from HM Courts and Tribunals service.

I'll properly read through it tonight, (and likely come back with a bunch of questions).  But they've clearly ignored the email I sent a week ago.  Is there anything in particular I should do about this?  Is it something that helps my defence?
