UPDATE CCJ PAID TODAY WITHIN THE MONTH
Still some confusion as to how how I get the thing wiped from my file though.
so do I need to send off both N441 and N443 forms? Is this right? I’m seeing a lot of confusing things online, all alien to me. Also do I need to stick a cheque in for £14? £16? Or what? Help please . Don’t even do cheques normally either.0 -
All you need to do is write to the court to say you’ve paid. You’ll need to send proof of payment from the business you owed the money to.
No idea about the forms and what is the cheque for?????

"I think people have done far worse. Maybe the wrong attitude but the damage was minimal as far as I’m aware. If I was her I would of just let it go. It’s been years and her car was worth next to nowt anyway. Sorry if this is the wrong attitude but it’s my opinion."Sorry but that opinion sucks. If you drove into my car and tried doing a runner I'd take you to the cleaners and have you prosecuted. You are trying to dodge the consequences of your actions and it is catching up with you. Time to pay the price I'm afraid.0
