£14k to spend inside S&S ISA what would you do ?

I have £14k sat in two S&S ISAs.
The cash is there from the sale of a couple of my higher risk rated funds. (5/6)
I'm not averse to risk. I sold them on the way down, but I'm still in profit.
In the current climate, what would you invest that money in (obviously keeping it inside the S&S ISAs)
I don't have a particular goal, growth or income, would prefer a lower risk profile this time round, but not a 1/2.
Can't see details of how specific we can be in the discussion, so don't mention "I'd invest in Company A they're due to fly !!" just in case it's too specific.
Thanks in advance

If you're simply looking for something no more specific than 'not high' and 'not low' risk, then I'd have thought that the typical starting point for consideration would be one of the major multi-asset funds?

People often do give ideas of which specific company to buy on this forum. Most of the old timers here shy away from buying shares in individual companies though, because it’s a very risky strategy. The link that eskbanker posted is a very good place to start. Without a plan for the money I would go with a multi asset fund that invests roughly 60% in equities and 40% in bonds. You might want to go with a different proportion. If you’re feeling really adventurous you might want to go with a global tracker, which is 100% equities.1

The losses this week are minor compared to the tremendous gains in the last couple of years, in the US anyway.1 -
I started looking into REITs the other day in the hope Donald had less of an impact on them, but the graphs showed otherwise so I stopped looking !!

I'd stick it in a global tracker and forget about it for a good few years.1

Ideally, I should take advantage of the drop. (Actually, that was a rather obvious statement.)
