Old Style Weight Loss Challenge - 2nd Quarter 2025

One week into this quarter and I also have to say STS. If I had recorded it yesterday, I could have said minus 1/2 lb but it had crept up 1/4 this morning. With the current good weather, I am going to get back into eating more salad. I am not going away over Easter so will try to get back into some of my healthy recipes.

Weighday -1/2lb please Brambling. 

It’s been up and down all week like my body did not want to let go of any weight. Has been fascinating observing the scales. It’s been a good food week and I’ve increased movement quite a lot so will try for a repeat of that this week.

Morning half a pound off @Brambling now 12st 11lbs. Not been too bad this week but do think lovely weather helps you to be healthier.

Weighed in this morning after my holiday ,I have lost nearly all the holiday gain and have a baseline for this quarter 
onwards and downwards !

Thanks for the weigh ins 👏👏 im a.so hiding from the scales this week 🫣 hot cross buns and bread rolls means I feel decidedly bloated this week 😕

I hope they can get you sorted Jenny, a few years ago a colleague originally from Africa asked what I was eating as the orange was very red inside and was horrified when I told him it was a blood orange it took google to convince him it was a horrible as it sounded. Tescos currently have them on offer with their club card but they are still more expensive than normal' oranges

I stood on the scales this morning and got the lowest reading achieved for quite a while. I just hope I can make it hold out until next week

Hello all, no change for me as of yet. I'm definitely not eating unnecessarily or borderline bingeing so hopefully in the next week or two the scales will show that.

Just have to keep at it.
