Good morning 😊
I weighed myself yesterday but forgot to post. First weigh in for the 2nd quarter is - 2 lbs please Brambling, also thank you for running this thread.
I opened one of my blood oranges yesterday (bought all together in a net bag) to discover that it was just a normal orange. Healthy eating is hard enough without being swindled out of something good. I ate the ordinary one anyway 🤣7 -
Welcome back catz and good luck in reaching target 🤞
eltee and cranky thanks for starting us off with some negative numbers 👏
I love blood oranges Cranky or blush oranges for the more sensitive shoppers at Waitrose 😁 they are so sweeter and juicier I would be miffed as well. I have noticed they don't last as long, just as well they get eaten so quick hereLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin6 -

Morning all
Monday morning weigh in revealed + 2 lbs. Not unexpected as I've been totally stressed out at work and inhaling crisps, chocolate and ice cream in the evenings.
Grapes and berries are on today's shopping list. Healthier. Less calories. Good plan. Stick to it.
And breathe...

I am aiming for 3kg. Hopefully this quarter goes better. I am going to start weighing daily as I feel that keeps me more focussed.8

Good morning. -1.5lb please. I've avoided the chocolate and done lots of walking.
DH lost 1.5lb too. He was a bit gutted as he's halved most of his meals and done the walks with me and had to walk home from work as the car isn't working. Told him he might notice the difference next weekLBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
Mortgage@1 June 18 - £76350
Total debt @june 18 £102311

So, one week into the new quarter and I am STS.
Early on in the week I could have claimed a 1lb loss and now I'm just one tenth of a kilo less than on 1 April and so I can't even claim a half pound loss. My daily average for calories was 1746 and actually lower than that for the last 3 days. Perhaps I walked more at the beginning.

Taking a pass at this week's weigh in. I've turned into Violet Beauregarde, to add I look live I've also swallowed a large watermelon. Consultant at BUPA told me I can go to his NHS clinic, which is a huge saving, just have to wait for the NHS to finish tests before I get an appointment.
@CRANKY40, stepchildren didn't believe me when I told them blood oranges excysted.
@catz4m8z , m8z I've seen them in Lidl in the past week, might still have them?
