Old Style Weight Loss Challenge - 2nd Quarter 2025

I did remember to weigh myself yesterday then I ran out of time for posting (we had visitors). -1 lb for me please Brambling.
I feel as though I'm losing focus now that I don't have a holiday to plan for or to lose weight for. I need a plan or a purpose to focus on or I drift back into the "I'll do healthy eating next week" frame of mind.
@jennystarpepper I did something similar reaching down from a chair to the side. I managed to drive home but had to lie in bed for the rest of the day. I couldn't sneeze or yawn for a good few weeks afterwards, I just assumed that I'd strained something. I hope that you start to feel less uncomfortable soon.5 -
STS.
Unfortunately I have been struggling to stay on track. I am glad I am at least staying the same.7 -
Morning everyone I’ve lost 1 LB I’ve really got my head into gear this quarter let’s hope it continues6

Final weigh in - down 1.5lbs so not too bad. Looking forward to Q3 and hopefully the final 1/2 stone off. Even when it's been hard to keep bothering, this group is great for support and sharing moans.Keep plodding on! Thanks @Brambling for running the show!5

And STS
Have decided to chuck the diet the nurse gave me, apart from the protein and go back to how I was, my health has suffered and have just seen that the "senior nurse" I saw has made a huge mistake and wrong assumption about my health on my records.
Well done for all who finished, or tried to finish the quarter.
I can recommend Tango sugar free ice pops for the hot weather, only a couple of calories.
Thanks again Brambling.

I haven't seen the Tango ice pops @jennystarpepper but I've been having the slush puppie ones which are about the same. It's a bit worrying that your health records are now incorrect.
Well done everyone and thank you Brambling for running the thread 😊5 -
@CRANKY40 - Tango at B&M, about £1.20 a pack, if you have a shop near you.
Yup about the records, the nurse who sent me to the dietitian had put on her notes that I had had weight loss surgery and I had food issues, go figure... I'll have to remember that one when I want to stuff myself with crusty bread and cake, washed down with a full fat coke.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538
